Shipping Methods & Rates
YuKKa uses a combination of couriers to despatch orders, most commonly RoyalMail, DHL and DPD. This can be done by logging into your account online, clicking on “Order History” and viewing the tracking information specific to your order.
Please note that all our services require a signature at the delivery address between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Should someone not be available at the address to sign for the package then the standard protocol is for the package to reside at your local depot/post office for collection at a later date (A note will be despatched through the letterbox explaining this), occasionally however the package may be returned straight back to us.
Important: When you place your first order with us, we can only ship to your credit card billing address, i.e. the address the bank has you registered at. On your second and subsequent orders you can specify an alternative address* (To ship first time orders to an alternate address please read this FAQ). By specifying an alternative address it may delay your order by 24 hours due to the security checks that we need to perform before despatching your order.
