| Ecko Unltd was founded back in the early 90’s by Mark Ecko who started the brand with a tin of spray paint and 6 t-shirts. From here Ecko Unltd was born and has never looked back . The designs are based on graffiti art as Mark Ecko was a keen artist in his own way. Though studying to be a pharmacist, he would do illustrate sketches onto t-shirts to produce what we see today. The imagination that Mark showed in the sketches that he produced on the 6 t-shirts has seen him develop a global selling brand. Ecko encourages its designers to look at the world without boundaries when they do designs for products because that is what the brand has been built on, use your imagination to beyond realism. This thought brings all walks of life together, from the peaks, nature, depths of darkness and the streets all shown in their artistry. Ecko Unltd has many affiliations with other brands including Ecko Red, Ecko Function, Zoo York and G-Unit just to name a few. |
