So here we are at the docks in London. To all intents and purposes the Artful Dodger is either dead or stranded on Bishops Island. In London he is as free as a bird. He can go about his business safe in the knowledge that everyone thinks he is dead. Now to the business of reinforcements. He needs to recruit to build his gang up again. More dastardly than before, he attempts to lure the deadliest and scariest people who inhabit London’s filthy underworld.
